Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is returned in its original, unused condition with all protective materials and packaging intact.
For orders delivered within Türkiye, return arrangements can be handled domestically.
For all orders delivered outside Türkiye, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
