At Cloymia, manufacture is not separate from design. It is the stage at which proportion, material, and structure are brought into final alignment through discipline, repetition, and control.

Each unit is produced in Istanbul, Türkiye, in our own workshop, where development and making remain closely connected. This proximity allows us to preserve the integrity of the design through every stage of production, from the first refined pattern to the final constructed form.

Designed and Made in One System
Because we work within our own production environment, design decisions are not handed off and diluted. They are tested, adjusted, and resolved within the same system in which the unit is made.

Independent Production
Working from our own workshop allows us to maintain measured production volumes, close oversight, and uncompromised standards. It also gives us the freedom to prioritize precision over speed and intention over scale.

Made in Istanbul
Our units are produced in Istanbul, a city with a deep and longstanding relationship to material craft and leather making. For Cloymia, this is not only a place of production, but a context that supports both technical knowledge and disciplined execution.

Control in Construction
Each unit passes through a considered process of cutting, assembly, reinforcement, and finishing. By keeping production close, we are able to monitor alignment, structural balance, material behavior, and final execution with greater consistency.

Manufacture as Continuity
For us, manufacture is not a hidden back-end process. It is a continuation of the design logic itself; the point at which an idea is tested against material reality and brought into lasting form.
