FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does “Unit” mean?
At Cloymia, each bag is defined as a Unit — a self-contained structural form.
The term reflects our architectural approach: every piece is constructed with internal precision, not simply styled.
Where are Cloymia units made?
All Cloymia units are designed and manufactured in our own workshop.
From first sketch to final stitch, the entire process is overseen by our team.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with premium top-grain and full-grain leathers, including structured Riva Smooth, Textured Grain, Calf Suede, and Samba.
Each material is selected based on how it performs under structure and form.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes — and intentionally so.
Natural leather evolves, developing character and subtle variation with use. This aging process is part of its authenticity.
How should I care for my unit?
We recommend gentle surface cleaning, occasional conditioning for smooth leathers, and brushing for suede.
When not in use, store your unit filled lightly and inside its dust bag to preserve its form.
Do you offer repairs?
We believe in longevity.
For structural or material concerns, please contact us directly. Whenever possible, we prioritize restoration over replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for unused, non-customized items within the specified return period.
Personalized units are considered final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Cloymia ships internationally.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.
Is Cloymia sustainable?
We approach responsibility through structure and longevity.
Our controlled production, component-based construction, and long-term design philosophy aim to reduce unnecessary waste and replacement cycles.
Do you produce limited quantities?
Yes.
Cloymia does not operate on mass production. Each release is measured and intentionally scaled.
